Meet the Detox Bath Blend:
A powerful blend of multiple different minerals made with the intention of assisting your body with it's natural healing process! Water represents emotion and consciousness, it is also a known conducter of energy. Because of it's high mineral content, it also helps with grounding as well. Uses: This blend is mainly known to be great with detoxing. If you love epsom salt baths, you will love this even more! For detox use it is recommended that you draw the bath as hot as you can physically tolerate it (pro tip: leave the bathroom door closed and the fan off to make the room as steamy and sauna-like as possible), drink one full glass of water before, during, and after the bath, you will be sweating a lot! Sit in the bath for 40 minutes, the first 20 minutes will be the 'sweat it out' period and the last 20 minutes will be the 'soak it in' period. When finished bathing, make sure to emerge slowly, some disorientedness may occur when you are first experiencing these baths. It is recommended to rinse off after the bath. Some sweating will continue to occur after the bath, this is normal, if you would like to enhance this effect you can wrap up in a robe or heavy blanket. These baths are also great when you have come down with the seasonal gunk or the flu since it supports the body with it's natural healing process. This blend does not have to be used strictly as a detox bath, it is fantastic for sore muscle support as well, and if you do not wish to use for detoxing, you can simply just not make the water as hot or the bathroom as steamy and just use it as a tool for relaxing and soaking.
This is the Large option available, it measures at 28 ounces (1 lb, 12 oz.) of product, this will give you about 8-10 really good baths. It is approximately four times the size of the small option.

Storage: All bath blends are stored in BPA free packaging. It is recommended to keep this stored at room temperature. Do not expose to high levels of heat as melting of the salts and essential oils can occur.
