Before my awakening, I enjoyed my career as a bartender. For 5 years I fueled my passion for alchemy through the art of creating yummy drinks. Hand-in-hand with working in a bar, was the extensive collection of store-bought skincare and beauty products. I was the girl who had 15 different store-bought products, endless amounts of makeup and eyeshadow palettes, and a lengthy morning and evening routine.
I'm Sarah, the creator and student of Bottled Guidance! I say student because the essence and journey of Bottled Guidance is always teaching me! I founded Bottled Guidance, a homeopathic self-care store, to do my part and honor my heart - acknowledging that there is a requirement for us to hold Conscious Connection with our bodies and what goes in them!
Bottled Guidance Products are infused with the deepest energetic integrity to give my customers a connected and fulfilling experience. I am honored to be at this point, having journeyed through a great deal of alchemy myself! So, let me share my story with you!
Whilst my bartending career at the time supported my store bought beauty regime and overall lifestyle but there was bubbling beneath the surface. My awakening began like a dripping tap, something was ‘off,’ things weren’t really just ‘as they seemed.’ Well the drip became a flood and I was satiated by a curiosity for ultimate truth, for resonance, for deep purpose and meaning.
Through this I began to hear the Divine. What was whispered at first, developed into a complete full body knowing… “Our bodies are temples,” … “We are the Divine experiencing itself.” I delved into the ingredients listed on each bottle of products I owned, and I was confronted with a startling realization of the unconsciousness humans have with regards to themselves, their bodies and their self-love connection. The skin, our largest, most absorbent organ, deserves the same conscious connection and care as we afford to what we ingest internally.
My awakening encompassed more than just ingredient awareness; it led me to the power of a harnessed connection with self. A deep honoring and a Sacred Journey through which I learned that self-love serves as a bridge to embodying our most authentic selves. Through energetic and conscious alchemy with myself I found I was transcending just the physical experience, I was called to deeply listen.
From the Guidance of innate and intuitive wisdom, I discovered the beauty of herbal remedies used by our ancestors, recognizing the spirit within each plant. I grasped the significance of conscious, intentional actions and how plants themselves even absorb consciousness! I absorbed this journey and wisdom deeply, seeking out resonant spiritual mentors who imparted further knowledge on creation and the fundamental role of energy.
This journey has been, and continues to be, a profound exploration of self. I sought truth and I found wholeness. I found a connection and an ancient love that is channeled, honored and poured into the alchemical process of each of Our signature products. Guided by integrity and a compassionate heart, I have found my purpose in serving humanity.

Creation
At Bottled Guidance, our self-care products are born out of a journey - a journey towards discovering the true gifts of nature and the healing power of herbs.
It all started when I stumbled upon a book that taught simple recipes for making natural skincare products and how to use herbs in various infusion methods. That was the moment when I began receiving massive downloads on the true potential of herbal self-care.
I began experimenting and playing with the newfound knowledge, switching my artillery to natural products. I discovered that one bottle of herbal-infused oil was all I needed to replace five separate products from my shelf. I was amazed at how one bottle could act as a makeup remover, facial serum, body moisturizer, bath additive, and hair serum all at once.
Through my journey, I realized the depth of the programming behind commercial beauty products. They trick you into thinking that you need a different product for every part of your body and face by marketing a large variety. And there's programming associated with scent and feelings - certain products smell or feel a particular way, and that's what you've been used to your entire life. When you switch to natural products, it may feel weird, but trust me - your skin loves what it used to know. The goodness of natural products nourishes your skin, making it beautiful, healthy, and glowing.
Bottled Guidance was born from this realization with the intention to express the purity of each herb and create a pure energetic environment for the products to maintain their structural and energetic integrity. Each plant spirit has its own way of expressing itself and its unique vibration. My passion for alchemy and skincare allows me to ask the plants how they want to be expressed and what scents vibrate their energy. It's my mission to channel this purity of expression with my heart.

Welcome to Bottled Guidance, where we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of energetic integrity in all of our products. To achieve this, we harness the power of plasma technology. In traditional education, we learn about the three states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas. However, there is a fourth state of matter known as GANS (Gas At a Nano State), which encompasses all matter. As everything in the universe is formed from energy and frequency, Plasma acts as the magnetic and gravitational field that shapes matter. It is present in the aura and torus fields that surround every living being, every plant, and even in man-made objects, influencing their physical composition. Here at Bottled Guidance, all of our oil infusions are carefully created through a process that involves infusing with a glass jar submerged in plasma water. The use of glass ensures the purity of the oil and its infused herb, allowing their frequencies to remain untainted. It maintains the energetic and physical integrity of the product without any interference. Additionally, with the infusion of plasma water, which is imbued with the intent of love and healing, we have a potent amplifier. This amplifies the frequencies of the herbs, oils, and the underlying healing energy, which is then encapsulated into our oils. Even our bottling process embraces this energy, with each bottle resting on a coaster surrounded by a plasma pyramid and tryskelion that create an expanded field of intent.
